Connor is from Lone Tree Colorado and just finished attending South Mountain CC in Phoenix Arizona.  South Mountain is the #1 ranked Jr. College Golf Team in the country (Golfstat).

2015 NJCAA Div. II National Champion

Goose Pond, AL

Klein opened the championship with 6-under 66 and was tied for the lead after the first round. He fell into a tie for third place after 71 in the second round. Even par in the third round kept Klein in the tie for third, four shots back of the lead. Klein roared back in the final round firing 67, including birdies on three of his last four holes, to claim medalist honors.

 

The victory was Klein’s third of the spring. In seven tournaments this season his only finish outside the top six was tied for 15th in his first event competing for South Mountain.
